03 · The model

We've read the same reviews you have.

The industry has a trust problem, and most agencies earned it.
Here's the mechanism that makes us different.

CPA Cost per acquisition

We're paid per customer, once they're onboarded.

CLV Customer lifetime value

We're measured on how long customers stay.

Acquisition

We onboard the customer.

Retention

The client measures our production.

Revenue

We're paid on quality, not quantity.

There's no other line on the invoice.
BasePoint
  • Paid per customer, after they're onboarded
  • Success measured by retention, not signups
  • A growing client portfolio, not one account we can't lose
  • Performance based pay, backed by a base for stability
  • A structured pathway of progression from the very start
  • Real spend on training, seminars and travel
Industry norm
  • Paid on signups, regardless of what happens after
  • One client, one location, one point of failure
  • Commission only from day one
  • Titles handed out with no structure behind them
  • Training that stops after week one
  • Brand experience comes second to headcount

04 · The bigger picture

Where face to face is heading.

People still buy from people. Direct selling is worth over $160B a year, and event marketing is back above pre-pandemic levels.

Put into our people this year, before anyone earns it back. That's why we're selective about who we hire.

When anything on a screen can be faked, face to face is what people trust. Mark Cuban expects it to explode: more engagement, more events, more jobs.

07 · FAQ

Straight answers.

The questions we get asked most.
Answered plainly.

In-person sales and marketing for brands people already know. We run two kinds: Events & Retail, at live activations, and Residential, across live territories.

We charge per customer we onboard (CPA), and only once they're onboarded. Nothing is billed upfront for effort.

By customer lifetime value (CLV). The client measures what we deliver by how long those customers stay, not just how many we sign up.

EE is our active client, across Residential and Events. Mercedes-Benz is in development for 2027.

Income is performance based and backed by a base, so the team has stability. Not a wage capped by a ceiling, and not all or nothing either.

Everyone starts with two weeks of sales training. From there you choose your pathway: sales as a Sales Executive, or leadership as a Team Leader, then Events & Retail Manager or Residential Manager, and on to Market Manager.
